Outgoing OK, incoming totally down.

You won't believe me but I can't run any service to my PC.
I have a Win XP SP1 and I opened it uninstalling everything concering networking security and I'm
still able to ping it from another machine.
All firewall are disable, no antivirus, etc...
I'm getting crazy. You probally will say "Lucky boy!" but I can't use videoconferencing nor audio
and filesharing programs at their best (Low ID).
I tried several network adapter, but nnothing. It seems something regarding general options or
configuration. Perhaps services?
Is there anyone tht could help me?

Try a telnet to the service port. Also, check any *other* firewalls
that may be an issue.
