Outdoor legalites in Eurpoe

I've been searching the web for information on the European legalities,
especially Spain, on using an outdoor antennae. The nearest info was back in
April 2003, where you can only use the 2.4Ghz band indoors. However, I'm
looking at setting up a wireless ISP and will need up to date information.
Can anyone point me?

ETSI's website makes no mention as far as I can see, altough by Googling I
have discovered that Spain has a 100mhz limit, and as mentioned a 2.4GHz
limitation to indoor use.

Any help appreciated, as i may look to study other European countries as
well.

Regards

p.s. how tight are the regulations on sticking to 100MHz? Are these likely
to be changed in the future?

Do you mean 100 mW, perhaps? I thought that limit (also stated equivalently
as 20 dBm) is standard across Europe. The 20 dBm limit is EIRP, which means
it includes any antenna gain.

Yup, 100mW, it's standard. Shame really, 200mW makes a huge difference.
Saying that, I'm still learning here ...

No big deal, with proper equipment you can build cells with 3km radius
while staying within 100mW EIRP.
