Outbound packet errors in Performance Monitor

Running 2003 standard sp1 with latest patches

on all our dell servers performance monitor is showing a constant reading of
2 outbound packet errors

Dell have replaced motherboard and tried a pci nic on one server but problem
still exists.

I have captured outgoing traffic but i'm not seeing any errors.

Does any one have any ideas? I'm not sure if this is causing any problems or
not
