out of band management device - ethernet proxy

Im looking for basically a proxy switch. I'd like to create an out of band
network for my management devices (ILO, DRAC, fiber switches, etc) and have
really only been able to find one product. I have to assume there are more
out there im just not having any luck finding them.

The product i've found is Avocent's MergePoint SP5224/5240 which uses one in
band network connection and proxies any connection to devices for you,
managing the security and logging all connections.

anyone know of any other products that do this?
