I've been having problems since yesterday morning with my hosting
company and email.
Something happened yesterday morning (don't know what) which blocked
access to my domain account resulting in me having to change my
password and which stopped me accessing webmail through cpanel giving
the error 'ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server'.
Emails from another account went back & forward all day between myself
& support but the problem persisted.
I got another email this morning to say they had put back permissions
on my domain account. I tried webmail again and got in.
Now I seem to be able to send emails but I cannot receive them. I
contacted support again and am waiting for their reply.
I'm assuming I haven't done anything at my end since it's a webmail
app but is there anything I can check or set?
