You can get nzb files for free here:
alt.binaries.nzb-files.games
alt.binaries.nzb-files.iso
alt.binaries.nzb-files.mp3
alt.binaries.nzb-files.multimedia
alt.binaries.nzb-files.warez
alt.binaries.nzb-files
alt.binaries.nzb
but the smart money pays for a subscription on newzbin.com - far more
efficient. (It costs 28p per week)
Yes, the nzb has pointers to all the required files/messages so the
newsreader doesnt have to bother downloading any headers.
I'm afraid I only use newsleecher, so I'm not sure how newsbin works.
For a free nzb client you could try this - not as good as newsleecher
though.
