Can you send a letter recorded delivery to a PO box address?

BT Openworld
PO Box 5965
Alness
IV17 0ZA

is the only address I can find.

Any help appreciated. I'm contacting them about cancelling my account.

I believe you can - however have you tried emailing them
((E-Mail Removed)) or calling instead (0800 085 2819) - it may
be simpler and email worked for me..

Sunil

I e-mailed that address but they haven't replied to my e-mail yet, it's been
8 days and I *need* a cancellation date now, not next month.

I emailed and called. AFAIR it was the telephone that did it (well they are
a telephone company

Got confirmation by snail mail about 3 days later with a cease date. From
first cancellation call to cease was 11 days - YMMV.

Yep, done this. They read my e-mails generally the same day they are sent
but if it invoves a cancellation request there is no reply.

Yep, if you reply to him as Ron, he never answers. Funny that. I
wonder what happens if you reply to him as Adam Truscott.

Rob.
