OT: Scheduling a program to start and stop automatically?

I'm wanting to automatically start a program at 6pm and automatically close
it down at 10pm every day. Does anyone have any ideas how I can do this
please? I want to run the schedule every day (ongoing). System is running
XP Pro.

Depends if you have "Classic View" or "Category View" turned on in the control
panel.

I think there are at least two 'views' - classic (presumably
what you're using, like any prior Windows control panel view
with items listed alphabetically) and 'XP' style with groups
of items by function...
