OT: PABX question

Please can anybody recommend a good NG for questions about a Panasonic
Easa-Phone 30810BE - I want to add an extra extension but the phone I plug
in behaves oddly.

uk.telecom would be the most appropriate group, although many of its inhabitants
read this group also.

uk.telecom is a good bet. (Or uk.telecom.voip if it's a VoIP phone,
or uk.telecom.mobile if it's a mobile.)
