OT: Firefox 4 - is support forum broken?

Apologies for the OT post but I recall seeing a fair number of FF users
here. Can anyone tell me whether the Firefox Support Forum servers are
broken please?

Or perhaps the forum itself has a new URL?

Since upgrading to FF4 today, when I try to use my bookmarked link
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38 or just
http://forums.mozillazine.org I get this error:

Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet',
system error: 111 [2013]

I get the same. Looks like it's down.

Searching the Firefox pages, it seem that Mozillazine isn't the
recommended port of call for users. See the Firefox Support page:

I found that the answer is YES, it is broken.
