The company I work for supplied me with a bag for all my equipment (tools,
CD's, aerosols etc). It also had all the elasticated thingys to hold
everthing in place neatly.

Yesterday the shoulder strap snapped so for 2 days I've been using the
normal handle and it's doing my head in already, as I need both hands free
when carrying my parts in & out of offices!!

I've been told to get another bag and claim it back on expenses but when
I've looked on sites like Argos, all that I've found is either proper laptop
bags or hold-alls.

Anyone know if there's anywhere where I can get a more specific bag for my
purpose?

Cheers

Think differently, how many of the tools do you actually use? I have two
tool cases, one stays in the car and has all the 'big' stuff, it gets
raided when I think I may need something not in the small case. The
small case is a combi screwdriver (badged Compaq) with all the driver
bits I might need stored in the handle, a Leatherman in case I need to
open a box, cut or grip something, my Disks are in a carry case with a
wrist strap. Leaves my hands free to carry spares, open doors and chat
on the 'phone.

If you really have to have an engineer's tool case (printer engineer?),
www.cpc.co.uk has a nice selection that won't make your eyes water, some
that will make your eyes water and some that will make your eyes pop
out.
