OT: Accessing blocked sites

An friend of mine visits the library to access the internet, however, for
some reason they have blocked access to ebay. When I was in college lots of
kids would access a site that would allow them to look at porn even though
the college had blocked it, does anyone know of such a url that would allow
my friend to view ebay on the PC at the library?
