Anyone else having this problem?

The above has just reared it's head again, can't send email although I can
receive ok, the error message I get is

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '(E-Mail Removed)'.
Subject '', Account: 'pop.oneandone.co.uk', Server: 'auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 must be authenticated', Port: 587,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I get this message with every email i attempt to send.
Anyone help please?

Thanks
Norman

I always use pop.1and1.co.uk

You seem to not be authenticating onto their (1&1) server.

Your username should be your mailbox, i.e. (E-Mail Removed)

The message you are getting is a bit mis-leading, as it is not actually
rejecting the recipient, it is rejecting you.

If you log into your 1&1 control panel, the settings are all there under
your mailbox in the domain list.

HTH....
