I always use pop.1and1.co.uk
You seem to not be authenticating onto their (1&1) server.
Your username should be your mailbox, i.e.
(E-Mail Removed)
The message you are getting is a bit mis-leading, as it is not actually
rejecting the recipient, it is rejecting you.
If you log into your 1&1 control panel, the settings are all there under
your mailbox in the domain list.
