Orinoco Silver Combocard won't talk to one of two AP-200 access points

I've got a batch of new Orinoco 11a/b/g combocards and two AP-200
access points which were purchased at the same time and which appear
to be configured identically. The new cards seem to connect to one of
the access points just fine, but not the other. It seems to find the
second one, but no data seems to be exchanged. What might I be
overlooking. I'm kind of stumped.
