Orinoco Gold WPA

Anyone know when Orinoco will release drivers supporting WPA on their
802.11 Gold card? They were supposed to be out the end of July... a
call to tech support said it'd be 1 month late, but that deadline is
now passed.

The date for their 802.11b drivers has always been 10/31/03, if that
is what your gold card is.

IMHO, I am not too sure just how committed Proxim is to supporting the
Orinoco line of products anymore. Proxim bought the retail product
line from Agere (Lucent), and it quickly became nothing more than
their "step-child" product line.
