Can you change the IP address of the origo 4 port routers that ebay sell,
ie they come on 10.0.0.2, can you put one on 192.168.0.2 ?

As someone else said, yes.
You can look at the manaul by searching google for
asr-8400 origo pdf

(I think that's the model number)
