Ordering from Clarity.it

Has anyone got any comments or experience on ordering ADSL kit from Clarity?
I placed an order three weeks ago, no sign of it yet and no reply to the
e-mails I've sent.

Simon,

Yes, I ordered a cable about 3 weeks ago and it took 9 days to arrive. I did
not realise that the company is based in Kilmarnock about 30mins away. I
could have picked it up by car a lot quicker. I find their site very good,
but I was disappointed with speed(?) of delivery

Took about a week for my order to turn up from them.
