Is it my imagination or are the bods at Orange fed up with everyone
slagging off Orange on their website forums? The 'internet' and tech
stuff forums have disappeared, I wonder why!!!

Move to other Orange Forums.
I'll give you one guess as to what will happen. :-)))

Dave Fawthrop <dave hyphenologist co uk> Google Groups is IME the *worst*
method of accessing usenet. GG subscribers would be well advised get a
newsreader, say Agent, and a newsserver, say news.individual.net. These
will allow them: to see only *new* posts, a killfile, and other goodies.

They seem to be cutting back their services more and more! Just read this
on their website:

"SmartGroups, the Orange online community will be closing in November 2006"

They are restricting services, adding extra charges and closing down
websites. Wonder what that implies?
