Some of you may see my post before entitled Orange Broadband Weirdness

I have been chasing Orange for 5 days now, each day they are
admitting there is a line fault at their end, and have asked me to
call them each day for a report and each day I have been told the same
thing.

When I called today, they said there is a "Serious" line fault, and my
problem would be resolved in 5 days!

Has anyone one else encountered this with Orange? As I feel like I am
being fobbed off.

And when I asked for temporary dial up until its "fixed" they had the
cheek to say I could but I would be charged.............
ARAAAGGGHHH!!!

My biggest problem though is being able to use gmail!!! Hence being
abe to post this? Whats going on??? I mean its no bad thing by why
this and nothing else?

Daniel

From your router, what are your downstream and upstream synch speeds?

If upstream is 288 this means you're on their LLU kit
They "fixed" my catastrophic download speeds by reducing the downstream
synch speed to 1/3 of what it used to be. Pre LLU, I was getting good
speeds with orange
