Quick one,

Trying to help my friend figure out how he redeems his free wifi minuets
from BT.

The website appears not to shed any light onto the matter (Either BTBB, or
BTOZ) they all just say you need to 'opt in' Anyone advise how this is done!

Cheers.

They send you an email containing a link to the redemption page.

Where/When do they send the email? Do you have to ring up and ask for it,
in which case which on of 6 phone numbers do you call to get them to email
you ?

Stop confusing your friend, if he/she wants to know more then he/she will
contact BT rather than you.

No...

They have asked me (as they do with most computer related things)

If you don't have anything useful to offer, offer noting.

Cheers, the phone number is the easiest. I'll get them to ring now and
attempt to sort it out themselves.
