OpenNMS capsd.log ERROR - Failed to load SNMP configuration

Ok my OpenNMS configuration was working yesterday until I must have
borked, well, something. Now I get this error in capsd.log file each
time I try to start the opennms service:

2005-10-19 10:41:31,226 ERROR [main] Capsd: Failed to load SNMP
configuration

Any ideas?? Thanks!
