Only 'guest' user on Dynamode BR-6004 W-G1

Does anyone know how to add new users to this device - it is possible
at all?
Also, can you change their permissions.

I have changed the password of the default user but I would like to
add another user and change access rights.
Am I asking too much for a sub-£30 wireless router?
