I'm new to the UK, and must admit I miss the North American internet
culture. Now that I'm up and running with Blueyonder broadband, there are a
few online
services I'd love to have access to. Any advice would be appreciated.

-Consumer reports, especially reviews of electronic gizmos, gadgets, and
games. I've found Which.co.uk, but this is a pay service.

-Online deal forum. Something where users post those hard to find bargains
from all over the country, whether in-store or online. Something similar to
www.redflagdeals.com

-The big-daddy-site of online computer shopping. I used something called
www.ncix.com in Canada which always had the biggest selection and lowest
prices.

Oh the same sort of stuff exists over here , you just need to know where to
find it.

Can't help you on that one.

The newsgroup alt.consumers.uk-discounts.and.bargains is a very handy
source of just that sort of information.
