Onetel webmail log in rejected again since Friday

Though not reported on their Tech Status page, I have 1 onetel e mail
address which I have not been able to receive e mails on since Friday;
same on web in that it won't let me log on.

Filled in e mail from but zero response from Talk Not Talk.

Rang em this morning and said they're aware there is an issue and
seeking to resolve.

All my other e mail address with them work; very annoying.
