Hi Guys,

Does anyone here know how to get the Abuse Team at OneTel to respond to an
abuse issue from one of there customers?

One of their customers has a mass mailing e-mail virus which is "spamming"
itself all over one of my customers e-mail accounts. The source IP address
is from within OneTel's IP allocation.

Despite several polite e-mails to (E-Mail Removed) I have not yet even
had a reply from them regarding this issue.

I have now also cc'ed the postmaster and webmaster in the hopes they can
help.

Does anyone have proper contact details within OneTel's Network team who
might be able to help?

Who is the CEO / Managing Director of OneTel these days? Perhaps I need to
go to the top to get this issue attended to :-)

Kind Regards

Simon

OneTel are an abomination. They do ignore complaints, then do not
reply to any.

I suggest contacting Centrica - their parent, as well as :-

customerservice AT onetel.co.uk

If you get no joy - extend the list to include British Gas, The AA
etc.

And report the Spam through SpamCop. Getting their servers blocked by a
spam block list usually concentrates minds where appeals do not.
