Well at least they admit there is a problem, that is the first step, unlike
others who keep you hanging on a premium rate help line (which in itself is
dubious practice, ref OFCOM) & when they do answer they make you jump thru
hoops & then state that they do not support x,y,z email program (input any &
every package) & they have the balls to say there is nothing wrong with
their service...
The answer (if the costs pan out) is to get yourself a hosting service & use
that, the other up side of this is if & when you change service providers
your email address doesn't change, you just forward to the new ISP (if you
bother doing that).
