One station shares, other doesnt

I have 2 computers running xp pro. I can only share
resources from one computer, when trying to share from
the other it says I do not have permision though I HAVE
DESGINATED SHARED FOLDERS on it. What can I do?

Permission means it is a security issue. This would be a question to
answer on the Windows XP newsgroup.
