"one or more wireless networks are available"...issue...solved...Stop AND Disable Wireless Zero Config

The issues here with the multiple networks pop-up is well documented and as
far as I know un-solved.

I think I came up with something that works maybe old news for some but it
is a break through for me.

1) In addition to stopping the Wireless Zero Config it is Also necessary to
disable this service (right click and choose properties).

2) I then am using a combination of the adapters utility and Boingo...this
seems to be working well for me.

I love this.

I could not for the life of me get a wireless connection due to the
"multiple network pop-up" issue. I tried everything in the book.

I love Boingo - I wonder if I can get the annoying ad to go away when
I connect to my router now.
