Upgrading the BIOs will have no effect on the integrated Intel Network
interface. I checked for a driver direct from Intel and there is NO support
for that chipset and Windows 2003. For a VERY economical cost you can
disable it in the BIOs and purchase a NIC designed for Windows 2003... You
have probably spend the cost twice over + in attempting to make it work
labor-wise...
