how often are registrations collected from non-BT ISPs

I'm currently monitoring (and where possible helping to promote :-))
registrations on a local exchange (Berkeley, Glos.)

There was little movement in numbers registered all week then a whole
block went through on Friday evening - not the obvious time I'd suggest.

Is this possibly because registrations via non-BT ISPs only get pooled
with BT at the end of the week???

Its the other way around I believe - the ISP's send them to BT whenever they
feel like it !
