Offline files with Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista

I am trying to create a partnership between my Windows Vista client computer
with a Windows Server 2008 computer to sync offline files. When I go into
the Sync Center and select setup new partnership nothing is available. What
am I missing.

I may be mistaken but i believe they sync partnership option is for mobile
devices. Folders can be made available offline by right clicking them and
maiking them available offline (assuming they have been shared out
appropriately on the server).
