wonder how hard it will be to find this guy... of course it could all be a
phishing scam also to collect ID info, send back fake exam results and keep
the cash as a bonus.

I agree with you.
Nowadays, finally the one who loses money in such traps really deserves it
(and maybe doesn't loose enough)
If no one answered such craps, they wouldn't exist anymore
