Obex Push File Issues

I have searched on the net for ages looking for a solution to the Obe Push
Profile issue when using bluetooth with a Mobile phone.... i have not found
one solution to fix my problem what so ever! I now know it is a problem with
XPS2, i tried everything before doing the dreaded format! after i did the
deed and restored my pc to factory settings.... what a surprise my bluetooth
worked with no complaints about the obex push profile!!! this has happened
several times now and it is so annoying, i prefer being up to date but i like
being able to have my phone which is phone/mp3 player/digi cam and generally
good entertainment if i need to catch the bus!!! i am intent on getting
answers because not one person seems to know how to fix it!
