O2 throttling and 6in4 ?

I hesitate to ask this, in case anyone from O2 reads this and changes
their config, but does anyone know if O2 currently throttle 6in4 (or
indeed 6to4) traffic from their customers ? I doubt they'd break the
encapsulation open to examine the IPv6 traffic, but they could
generically throttle protocol 41 if they're mean.
