If I'm told that O2BB is crap I'll advise ignoring it.

What a peculiar suggestion.

OK I've got a vote for and a vote against. Do you speak from experience?
Go and compare what they allow

The speed is supremely unimportant for most purposes. It is the GB per
month and reliability that matters. O2's offer sounds too good to be
true and way below the price of most ISPs - hence my caution.
Do you judge ISPs only by their advertised speed and price?
Why would you only want to sign up for

It is not a question of signing up for just a month, rather the option
of baling out if there is a problem. Contacts are commonly 12 or 18
months, which is quite a long time and not a good idea when prices are
falling.
if there is a problem you complain to the ISP and

Really? Then the large ISPs don't have unhappy customers and no one here
would advise avoiding the likes of Talk Talk or Tiscali?? I'm not sure
you know what you are talking about.

No sir
