nwlink.vxd

When i start my computer, before windows is open message
comes up that says nwlink.vxd is not found or
missing.....says the SYSTEM.INI refers to the file.
Anybody got some clues as to what I need to do?

Start windows.
Press: Start->Run type regedit.
Press Ctrl+F and enter nwlink.vxd.
Delete everything that is asociated with nwlink.
Enjoy...
