NTP/W32Time Service, Event ID 50

We have a windows 2003 active directory domain, running
at full Win2k3 functional level. 4 domain controllers and
a 4 production servers, all running Win2K3. Every day for
the past...month or so, each server (including the DC's)
have been registering Event ID 50 in the System Event Log.

No matter what we do (following the MS instructions to
set sntp, configuring them manually, having the server
look for the PDC, etc) it does not resolve the issue.

That this hotfix will resolve the problem, however I have
three questions:
1.) Am I going to be charged the support time/call for
this?
2.) Is it really going to resolve the problem?
3.) Is there any other way around this problem?
