ntp multicast client

Hi,
I am architecting a mixed estate of Linux,Solaris,Windows 2003, cisco
& would like to know whether or not my Win 2k3 boxes will pick up time that
is multicast from the NTP server or do I have to get them to explicitly poll
the
NTP server or do it via the Active Directory?

Everything I've seen is a pull solution.
