Anybody tried to upgrade to BB through NTL website? Twice I filled in
my details, nothing happened. Its a bit worrying the installation date
options end at 2006! No response to emails either.

Give us a ring on 0845 454 0000, or 150 from an NTL phone line

I did in the end, (they wouldnt do TV disconnection from 150). I'll
give it another day or so in case the last web request gets actioned,
then i'll use the phone.

and now NTL soon cometh, now somebody said in another thread, dont use
the CD to install it. Why not? (I do need to keep my dialup as well).

I never used my blueyonder cd to install it there is no need and I
shall not be using my BT Internet cd when it arrives tomorrow either
these cd's fill up the hard drive with useless junk . .

But they make your browser look so pretty ...........NOT!
