ntl speed upgrade - get it now!

If you can't be bothered waiting for your local NTL folk to upgrade you, you
can head to http://www.ntlworld.com and click on 'upgrade your speed' - Then
you get the same options that you'll get anyway...

Personall i'll be waiting, as i pay less than the normal customer due to
owning the cable-modem, and so don't want to induce any new charges upon
myself - hopefully they'll just upgrade the speed and not the price...
