Is anyone else experiencing either slowness or even no connection to
NTL BB? We've struggled quite alot. I live in Leeds and use WinXP.
It seems that i do have a connection cos when I type ipconfig /all in
DOS, it gives me all the correct settings. But when I load up IE, it
doesn't load any pages up. I can sometimes get on MSN Messenger but
its really slow. I've also tried different NTL proxy's. No Luck
there.

Help!!!

Sil

Disable XP's internet connection firewall and uninstall any other firewall
software.

See if this works - it did for me.

You will need to re-install firewall if it all works ok or better still get a
hardware firewall (IOW a router).
