Hi,
Im guessing that when clients have finished viewing the reports they are
closing their browser, and this is not releasing the file locks. Have you
considered exposing the reports to your users via an FTP site. This may
provide the solution in the short term to your problems. I'll look into the
closing of 'timed out' locks, i'll let you know
