Installing Linksys wireless card on a laptop running
Win98se and get a message saying "The SAMLIB.dll file is
linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:
RtlUpcaseUnicodeStringToOemString." A helpful soul here
said I had the wrong NTDLL.DLL, so I downloaded what I
think is the correct one (4.10.0.1998), unzipped it and
copied to C:\windows\system. Unfortunately, I still get
the same error message. Can anyone help? I remain
stumped by these ongoing dll problems. Thanks!
