I have SBS2003 premium as PDC and used old NT4 PDCs to now be just servers
on the network. I can logon to the NT4s validating via the SBS2003 server
but I cannot access the internet on the NT4 servers. Settings are the same
for DNS as workstation that work ok.

SBS2003 192.168.102.101
Gateway 192.168.102.254
NT4 192.168.102.103
DNS 192.168.102.101

Any ideas greatfully appreciated.

Getting to the Internet doesn't really have much to do with AD. Are
you running ISA server as a proxy server? If so, you just need to have the
correct proxy settings in the NT machines. If you are depending on
SecureNAT, the NT servers will need to have the SBS server set as their
default gateway.
