Do the same as you have always done. These have obviously been around a
while and have survived. In a properly configured and properly harden
server the patches aren't always required to make them safe. Most of the
things that a "fixed" by the patches are things that shouldn't be exposed to
begin with. It seems like about 75% of patches are for IE anyway and you
aren't supposed to be running around all over the web going to "shady"
places while sitting at the server. I have NT4 Servers that have been
running for 6 years and have never had any patch beyond installing SP6a,
they are doing perfectly fine. They do however have Symantec AV on them and
they are of course behind a firewall like they should be.
