I have an XP machine sucessfully acting as internet gateway, via ICS, to an
W98 machine on my lan. Now I have added an NT box to the lan and want that to
access the internet via the XP box as well. It's all working EXCEPT (you knew
there was one) when I go to microsoft.com in particular I want to use windows
update and it just won't have it. I can sometimes get
windowsupdate.microsoft.com/R1150/V31site/default.htm visible (although parts
timeout) but clicking on the links from there just hang and eventually
timeout or just hang IE completely.
