How can you tell Windows XP to never try to connect a specific wireless
network? Meaning, do not continually notify you about a specific wireless
network and do not connect?

You must configure yout Card for the preferred WLAN.
I prefere to use the Windows Configuration.
Within this configuration u can tell that it should only use the manual
entered configuration
