Go and find the correct group. Are you genuinely thick?

We call him Nasty Ian in uk.tech.digital-tv.
Earlier on today he gave short shrift to a guy in uk.diy
for asking a perfectly reasonable question about some
electrical work his plumber was doing.

BTW, is his surname really Beale, or does he just model
himself on the dysfunctional soap character?

It's so sad that some people can only get off by being nasty to
others. Stil he's playing with the trolls now. I hope he enjoys it.
