Notebook roaming around the house with 3 routers. How to switch for best connection?

Hi,
I have 3 wireless routers in my home. I want my notebook to check for
best signal strenght among these 3 routers and selected that one
instead of me manually change it when I change to a different room. Is
there such a software that can keep checking signal strenght in the
background?
