Not to sure what the problem is..

I have setup a wireless network. With 3 Pc's on it. Each of pc's is
running Win XP and IE all up to date.
Hareware used is a Speedtouch 570 wireless adsl router.

The problem that I am having is: When I go to the hotmail page and enter in
my login details and send them. All go ok it logs me in to passport. But
does not return my hotmail account. This also happens when I try and login
in to my AOL account through the web mail. Also when I go to Windows update
and hit the scann button every thing stops. The percentage counter does not
go up at all.

Any one had problems like this.
